Eggless Delite Biscuit

Ingredients
A 1 1/2 cups self raising flour
1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup NESTLE corn flake, finely crushed
1/2 cup caster sugar
250g butter or margerine
melted cooking chocolate
sliced red cherries
Preparations
1. Shift together ingredients A; then stir in NESTLE corn flakes and sugar; mix well.
2. Then rub in butter into flour mixture; mix well until soft diugh forms.
3. Roll diugh into 1cm thickness and cut with desired cookie cutter. Then place on lightly greased baking trays; allow room for spreading.
4. Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. remove from oven and let it stand for 20 minutes.
5. When cool, drizzle with melted chocolate and decorate with red cerries; let it set and keep in airtight container.
